Rating is an important feature.
Rating tells you how good is your store, the better - the more customers. Rating can be accessed with the manage option, the things affecting rating being;
- Cleanliness. When you have a very big store, you can get up to 5 spills without losing rating, but if you have a small store and 2 spills, you will lose rating.
- Size of store. It is recommended to not worry about this, to make expansions for getting more things, not getting a better rating.
- Length of registers lines. Using registers instead of Self Checkouts is better at the beginning, but after playing for a while it is recommended to instead have a lot of self checkouts, so you wouldn't have to pay for cashiers or worry about lines.
- Decorations. Better flooring, decoration and furniture increases this the most. It is recommended to use full glass walls, glass doors, speakers, sky lights or large lights if you want to increase this rating.
- Crowdedness. This rating is decreased if you have a lot of customers at one place. Getting a big parking lot, while having a small store will decrease this rating a lot. Workers do not effect your crowdedness rating
- Shelter. This rating is decreased if you don't have walls and roof, it is not recommended to sell them to get more money.
- Selection. This rating is determined by how much supplies you have, supplies at storage racks apply too.
